Vinyasa Yoga
A Vinyasa style yoga class that is focused on increasing overall strength, hip and shoulder mobility, and improving core control. Flow through a variety of poses geared towards increasing flexibility and challenging isometric strength in both the upper and lower body.
Modifications are offered for all levels

Strength & Conditioning
A small group class geared towards getting your heart rate up and increasing your overall strength. Each class is a total body workout and includes a warm-up and cool down to provide you the total benefits of exercise. Challenge yourself with a progressive program that builds off of the basics and provides you the small group atmosphere that will help you reach your full potential.
